MDI group was established as a joint venture with Technopol to revive its legacy dating back to 1970.
2023
Acquisition of Toolsquare
To expand our team and production capabilities, we acquired Toolsquare and strengthened our injection molding operations.
2024
Strategic Partnership with ISREALS SK GROUP
We have become a strategic partner for Israels biggest private owned defence holding SK GROUP with brands like IWI, MEPROLIGH and CAMERO-TECH.
2025
Market-ready Product Line
We finalized several key products, including ballistic protection, steel-reinforced polymer magazines, and AK/AR accessories.
About Us
Based on a previous long-term cooperation, MDI group was founded in 2022 as a joint venture with the Slovak company Technopol. The main goal was to resume the long-lasting history and tradition of Technopol dated back to the year 1970.
In 2023 MDI group acquired the company Toolsquare to expand manpower and production capacities in the field of manufacturing and injection moulding of our growing business.
To further expand our reach, we established the subsidiary company MDI Slovakia, which will cover the demands of the military and law enforcement all around the globe.
In the year 2024 MDI became a strategic partner for Israels biggest privately owned defence holding SK GROUP. This partnership mainly focuses on cooperation with the well established Isreal Weapon Industries (IWI), MEPROLIGH and CAMERO-TECH.
Until this day we managed to fully develop several products which are market ready, such as our high quality ballistic protection, polymer magazines with steel feed lips and several accessories for AK and AR platforms.
We have also established partnerships with internationally acknowledged companies in the field of defense industry.
Our company has become a reliable and flexible partner for many renowned companies across the world.
